Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to return any of our products for any reason please complete our returns form that you will find in the link here. Please take your time to read the information below to check our procedure in relation to your return first.

You will be liable for the delivery expenses on all occasions unless the product is faulty in which case we will reimburse you for delivery expenses for the returned goods. 

Returns and exchange 

If you would like to return or exchange any product for any reason, you have 14 day from the day you receive the delivery to make the return. Please complete the form above and return the products to the address below.  

You will be required to include the completed return form in your parcel. For the return form you can either print the return form after completing the form by clicking File, Print and dating and signing the document at the bottom (ignore the uploaded documents below as you do not need to include the uploaded images or documents in the return), or you can complete the form here and print it all the same.

Refunds for Faulty/ damaged products  

You have 30 days to return a product if it is faulty or damaged from the date you receive the product.  

As this will need to be reported to our supplier, we request that you send across photos of the damaged goods immediately to avoid delays. 

We have a different procedure for faulty/damaged goods, please follow the steps of the procedure we email you once you have completed the online return form above.  You can attach the delivery expense invoice to the return form.

You can also email us the delivery expense invoice to our email on millenniumclothingbusiness@outlook.com at a later date if you haven’t been able to upload the image.
